Role details:
- Title / Designation: ONG Subject Master Expert – Sigmafine
- Reporting Manager: Associate Director – Industry 4.0
- Role Type: Individual Contributor

- Work mode: Hybrid (2 onsite)
Role & responsibilities:
- Consulting: Assess as-is Sigmafine applications landscape of clients and recommend improvements / to-be landscape
- Implementation: Leverage in-depth knowledge of Sigmafine (version 4.7x and older), to lead client engagements covering configuration and integration
- Support and Maintenance: Monitor critical parameters of Sigmafine application and render technical help to resolve the anomalies, establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns to the vendor team
Candidate requirements:
- 9+ years Oil & Gas industry experience in implementation and maintenance of applications
- Knowledge of Sigmafine configuration, Sigmafine models, DVR, and reporting
- Knowledge of integration of Sigmafine with OSI PI, SQL, SAP, and other applications
- Knowledge of Sigmafine Intelligent Movement Management (IMM)
- B. E. / B. Tech. - Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Computer Science / Instrumentation / Petroleum
- Working knowledge of operating systems, database management, hardware, and third-party software on client and server machines – preferable
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD – preferable
- Host of relevant soft skills and attributes of a high order in areas like communication, interpersonal relationships, administrative and leadership skills, team-orientation in a multicultural environment, creative problem solving
