Key Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain management.

• Strong expertise in Demand Planning at a strategic level.

• Proven track record in supply chain leadership roles within multinational pharmaceutical organizations.

• Ability to manage complex regional operations across direct and indirect channels.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to regional and global leadership teams.

• Experience in leading and developing diverse, cross-cultural teams.

• Saudi Nationality is mandatory due to the saudization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end supply chain across the Middle East & Africa region.

• Oversee both direct and indirect distribution channels to ensure optimal market access.

• Drive demand planning accuracy to secure market readiness and product availability.

• Collaborate with regional and global leadership to optimize supply chain performance and distribution efficiency.

• Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse team across MEA, with direct leadership presence in KSA.

• Ensure compliance with global standards while adapting to local market dynamics.

• Act as a strategic partner in aligning supply chain execution with business growth objectives.
