Job Description
A well-established Multinational Company is looking forward to hire a Supply Chain Finance Business Partner-North Africa
Accountabilities
- Leads the planning process for supply chain costs (Cost assumptions, productivity…)
- Monitors supply chain performance with relevant KPIs against targets
- Responsible for monitoring, analysis and evaluating of plan/ forecast vs. actual supply chain costs
- Periodic physical count for Egypt & FSNA stocks
- Tracks the stock aging along with the Supply Chain team and builds scarp provision accordingly
- Plans, Controls, analyzes & reports the working capital KPIs to improve the cash flow
- Analyzes the cost of sales breakdown of the manufactured / imported goods and keeps track of landed cost breakdown
- Plans, analyzes & reports the FX exposure per country
- Develops an informed analysis & commentaries on the actual logistics costs breakdown performance vs targets and project forecasts
- Maintains the monthly accruals for the Supply Chain KPIs as per the latest forecast
- Maintains controls and abides to global policies within the area of Supply chain and ensures processes are complaint with the global standards & policies and provides internal & external auditors with the needed analysis and reports supported by the relevant documentation
- Supports & validates the affiliates & Regional efficiency projects
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in controlling and planning in Multinational FMCG environment with at least 2 years within planning function
- Manufacturing Cost analysis & planning background
- SAP experience is mandatory
- Fluent English
