Supply Chain Manager

Requirements:

5+ years of supply chain, planning, logistics and warehouse management experience (in the industrial production sector)

Bachelor’s degree in Economic or technical field.

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, stock control, materials flow throughout the factory warehousing and storage, goods distribution and transportation.

Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges.

Computer skills (Microsoft Office) and knowledge of one ERP operation system.

Good written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English);

Responsibilities

• Develop a supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed KPI(s).
• Plans, manages and coordinates all production planning, logistics and warehouse activities.
• Works directly with the customer support department to determine the most cost-effective distribution solution for finished goods transportation to customers.
• Monitors and corrects inventory levels to ensure rotation and maximize working capital.
• Works with freight forwards and transportation companies, and reviews and approves all freight terms and agreements.
• Collaborates with the procurement department to determine best practices for freight.
• Support proper utilization of ERP system.
• Responsible for routinely reporting on department KPIs along with appropriate analysis and countermeasures where necessary.
