We're looking to hire a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations (with a temporary contract for 1 year only) to collaborate with both supply chain & customer service team to ensure sustainable business operations and projects delivery on time.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support in daily planning and forecasting operations including internal coordination within the different functions as well as communication with supply planners and supplying sites.

• His/Her main duties is to support the day to day operations related to customer service activities including order to cash process and in line with the local commercial policy.

• He/She will be accountable for supporting logistics activities, including import / export and transportation.

• Follow up on warehousing activities and provide status update on action plan.

• Providing essential reports and data collection needed for Pre-S&OP and S&OP meetings.

• Reviewing and updating Middle East business tenders and upsides with close follow up on needed actions.

• He/She will be accountable to report escalations to the region and follow up on completion as requested.

• He/She will be responsible for the validation of Supply Allocation Plans across Middle East countries and update plans when necessary.

• He/ She will be responsible for following up on local tollers’ activities and related actions and provide status update as requested.

• He/ She will engage and support in supply related projects with cross functional activities.

• Proactively identify and propose solutions and options related to supply issues.

• He/She might provide support to Middle East countries regarding ad hoc requests related to supply and production in cooperation with the region.

Key Requirements: 

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience within different supply chain roles.
2. Supply Chain Management Accreditation is a plus.
3. Solid understanding of End to End supply activities preferably in Agribusiness/ Pesticides industry.
4. Fluent English is a must.
5. Familiar with systems and tools like: SAP & EDWH (iScala is a plus).
6. Multitasking mindset.
7. Excellent Time Management & Communication skills.
