As a Supply Chain Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of day-to-day supply chain activities in Bulgaria. You will be responsible for managing customer orders, overseeing logistics and inventory processes, and supporting effective collaboration between internal teams and external partners, with a strong focus on inbound and outbound coordination. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, international environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Communicate proactively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing and timely issue resolution
- Plan, coordinate, and track deliveries to ensure accuracy and on-time performance
- Oversee inbound and outbound flows, including transportation arrangements, documentation, and warehouse coordination
- Analyze supply chain processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage customer and purchase orders end-to-end: entry, confirmation, changes, and status updates
- Manage procurement-related activities such as purchase order creation, follow-ups, and supplier communication
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
- Issue invoices and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment
- Support warehouse operations and ensure proper organization and stock control
- Work daily in ERP systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date data
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and coordinate administrative, facility, and supplier-related activities
Desired Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, or order management
- Strong customer focus with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication
- Ability to coordinate effectively with international teams and external partners
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to handle delivery issues and operational challenges
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Excellent English language skills both verbal and spoken
- University degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
