Our Client is SYNGENTA, one of the world’s leading agriculture companies.

For their growing operations in Athens, they are looking for a senior professional for the role of Supply Coordinator (Greece, Israel), who will be:

• Managing all aspects of the field crops seed supply of Greece (demand planning, logistic and warehousing activities, statutory administration, and control)
• Providing high-level service for internal and external customers via timely information and proactive management of potential issues
• Maintaining good collaboration with all stakeholders
• Supporting the Crop Protection business in Israel and Palestine concerning customer's connection with import administration, order management, and demand planning

Your Responsibilities:

For the Seeds business:

• Participate in the local pre-S&OP meeting, update demand in relevant systems
• Supply Plan – share the supply plan with the commercial team ensuring that they are aligned with it, escalate modification needs to Planning when needed
• Monitor supply delivery to Greece and ensure timely testing of GMO according to the local legislation
• Manage all statutory administrative work of the import and local distribution
• Support customer service with the needed information for customer order confirmation and batch selection
• Guide the local warehouse for workload planning, batch selection
• Coordinate the return of unused, unsold inventories to the Company’s production location based on the guidance of the regional order management team

For the Crop Protection business:

• Ensure smooth communication between the 3 national distributors, order management concerning delivery dates and required documents, and Mediterranean Planning
• Upload customer orders on Distributor Portal) and feedback order confirmation to the customers
• Process credit notes request
• Manage Customer complaints (registration, support investigation, and follow-up completion)

Your Profile:

• Strong academic background in agriculture, engineering, or supply chain
• Relevant experience in supply chain roles, primarily in logistics
• Prior experience in the Agrobusiness, while knowledge of the seeds supply chain will be a strong asset
• Experienced SAP user
• Great English skills
