Main tasks to be managed -

CO2 neutrality:

o Support the design of CO2 neutrality approach, in close coordination with purchasing Sustainability lead at group level

o Manage data collection and CO2 assessment for purchasing commodities, especially for Steel, Chemicals, Plastics…

 Manage the CDP Yearly campaign and analyze the collected inputs from suppliers

 Manage the EF data collection (CO2 / unit - Spend, Tons etc)

 Consolidate CO2 roadmaps and KPIs from key suppliers to assess the convergence with Purchasing CO2 Roadmap

o Deploy CO2 Neutrality in Purchasing Processes

o Pilot CO2 improvement plan with suppliers

o Support training sessions related to CO2 with Suppliers and Buyers

o Build and maintain CO2 Training kit to Support suppliers and buyers

o Prepare & animate CO2 management routines with commodity teams

o Monitoring with KPIs, publication of executive reports

IT Tools knowledge: OCTOPLUS / DIGICOST / ARIBA / PALANTIR

CSR:

o Manage the Group CSR initiatives, especially Ecovadis

 Manage supplier onboarding on ECOVADIS

 Manage group and BGs CSR monthly reporting and lead the monthly reviews

 Support the BGs building the mitigation plan for low score suppliers

 Build & maintain the CSR training Kits

 Train the Purchasing Community and suppliers

o Support on other initiatives related to CSR (e.g. conflict minerals, Mica initiative, Due diligence on Human rights, …)
