We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Manager to join our manufacturing company. The Sustainability Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies that align with the company's overall mission and goals. They will work closely with various departments, including operations, supply chain, and marketing, to drive sustainable practices across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability and a track record of successfully implementing sustainable practices in a manufacturing setting.

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies, policies, and initiatives that support the company's overall mission and goals.
• Monitor and analyze sustainability metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement sustainable practices across the organization, including operations, supply chain, and marketing.
• Stay up-to-date on sustainability trends, best practices, and regulations and make recommendations to senior leadership.
• Communicate the company's sustainability initiatives and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and investors.
• Work with suppliers and partners to ensure they meet the company's sustainability standards.
• Manage sustainability reporting, including data collection, analysis, and reporting to various stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Lead sustainability-related projects, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and water conservation initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to develop messaging and materials to promote the company's sustainability efforts to customers and the public.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability or environmental management, with experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Knowledge of sustainability trends, best practices, and regulations.
• Experience developing and implementing sustainability strategies and initiatives.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex sustainability issues to a variety of stakeholders.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable practices across an organization.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze sustainability metrics and KPIs.
• Experience managing sustainability reporting and data collection.
• Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact on the environment.
