Position: System Analyst – SAP Ariba + MM

Job Description :
- At least 5-7 years of experience in IT, with strong S4/HANA functional experience in modules like MM, FICO

▪ Solid understanding of procurement related master data in SAP and Ariba

▪ At least 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba’s downstream (P2P) modules and CIG integration with SAP

▪ Solid understanding of SAP Ariba underlying data model

▪ Strong verbal and written communication skills ▪ Strong technical acumen and ability to quickly learn new technologies

▪ Proven ability to work in offshore model

• Decent understanding of SAP ABAP including ALE, IDOC, BAPI, BADI, APIs and other integration methodologies

• Solid knowledge of Source-to-Pay business processes

• Experience in S4/HANA, particularly related to business partners functionality and Fiori development

• Familiarity with upstream modules of SAP Ariba like Sourcing and Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP)

• Exposure to tax engine (Vertex/OneSource) integration with SAP or Ariba

Key Responsibilities :
- Serves as subject matter expert in SAP MM and Ariba solutions as well as integration using CIG

▪ Supports global SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing (Procure-to[1]Pay) implementation

▪ Possesses deep understanding of procurement business processes and underlying technology

▪ Partners with business team to design and develop Ariba B&I solutions and performs required back-end configuration and master data setup in SAP ECC and S4/HANA

▪ Leads design, configuration, and support for CIG integration between SAP and Ariba

▪ Analyses technical architecture and recommends technical solution designs to develop robust solutions across multiple applications in P2P domain

▪ Supports other applications in procurement domain like Kofax/Read soft (invoice processing), Cordis (Ariba invoice integration) etc.

▪ Collaborates with broader IT teams for ABAP, integration, infrastructure, and security needs

▪ Researches new technologies, capabilities, and trends, and effectively recommends innovative technology solutions to solve complex business problems
