Experience & Education:

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer
Science, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
▪ 3-5 years of implementation/support experience in Blue Yonder/JDA
application

Technical Discipline:

Deep understanding of core supply chain planning business
processes
▪ Experience in implementing/supporting all modules of Blue
Yonder/JDA in a complex manufacturing organization
▪ Extensive experience in Blue Yonder configuration activities
involving system config, customizations, approval workflow, user
management and integration with ERP and non-ERP systems
▪ Familiarity with Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC) best
practices
▪ Familiarity with supporting Integrated Supply Chain Planning
solutions

Computer / Skill Requirements:

▪ Proficiency in Blue Yonder planning modules (i.e. Demand Planning,
Inventory Optimization, Enterprise Supply Planning, Scheduling,
Materials requirements planning, control tower) and working
knowledge of other integrating systems (i.e. SAP ECC, S4 HANA)
▪ Hands-on experience with any middleware (TIBCO, MuleSoft, Azure
etc.) integration through API, FTP, webservices and SFTP, including
error troubleshooting and resolution
▪ Experience integrating with SAP S4 HANA
▪ Familiarity with SAP PP, MM and SD module
▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to seek
alternatives, new ideas, and/or approaches to problems, and
develop and implement solutions.
▪ Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize
multiple tasks and meet agreed-on deadlines
▪ Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Suite (O365, Microsoft Teams,
PowerApps, PowerBI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
▪ Demonstrated time management, organizational skills
