Design, Develop & Maintain proper process for Data Master Management, System Configuration, Testing, and Training & User Support. Provide Functional Support in terms of SAPs and other Applications, as necessary.

Responsibilites

• Strong Analysis of Data Master and layout of improvement process in the system.
• Design Process, SOP related to Data Master Management.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, compliance and consistency of Master Data across business systems.
• Strong control on Data Master Management.
• Sanitization of Data Master Management.
• Execute changes to SAP Master Data as approved by Business.
• Functional Support to SAP Users in terms of Project, Enhancement, integration, Daily incidents, etc.
• Ensures the quality of both applications and the process support received by customers.
• Provide timely process and system support to end users. Facilitate the escalation and resolution of critical system issues.
• Analyze the scope for SAP Process improvement and improvement the process using Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology.
• Facilitates the definition of a business case for process and system enhancements.
• Define and preparation of document requirements for system enhancements and interfaces. Clearly communicate requirements to Information Systems associates and ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Provide business system training to end users as appropriate.
• Effective communication with inter department for process improvement.
• Follow the standard guidelines and procedures for Master Data Management.
• Streamline the overall Data Master Management function.
• Performs other related responsibilities, as needed, to support business objectives.

Experience

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in SAP System.
• Relevant experience in Master Data Management.
• Demonstrated expertise regarding functional and Master Data Management
• Profound knowledge of various modules like FICO, SD, MM, PP, QM and PM. will be added advantage.
• Certification of SAP functional Modules will be added advantage.
• Working knowledge/familiarity with network operating systems and desktop operating systems. Familiarity with current computing hardware and software standards.
