System Consultant
Location: Germany Remote

The role
We are looking for their next System Consultant to become a vital member of their Customer Enablement Team. You would be delivering consulting services and Level 2 support, covering deployments, infrastructure, and custom solutions. You also maintain knowledgebase articles and support Level 1 and carry out on site visits to their clients.
Key responsibilities:
As a System Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Delivering consulting engagements for customers, either remote or on-site for our Level 2 (L2) support team.
- Performing Level 2 Support and assisting Level 1 Support where needed by creating Knowledge-base articles.
- Ensuring timely and quality project delivery with their clients.
- Providing professional advice to their clients via the ticketing system.
- Collaborating with R&D and Product Management.
- Filling knowledge gaps and participate in training sessions.
- Executing quality management tasks accurately and promptly and monitoring project progress.
- Creating statements of work for clients and projects.
Your profile
If you are a problem-solving enthusiast with a proactive mindset, this role is tailor-made for you. We are looking for someone with:
- University degree in IT or equivalent, or technical degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Customer-centric approach with advanced analytical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in multicultural environments and stakeholder liaison across different hierarchies.
- Proficiency in:
- ISO/OSI model and TCP/IP protocols
- Storage and Server Systems (e.g., HP Blade, FSC, NetApp, LUN)
- Linux administration and shell scripting
- Database and SQL knowledge, SQL scripting.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable team player with attention to detail and willingness to travel.
- Fluent English (Level C1), with German language skills being a plus
- Have a valid residency and work status in Germany
