SYSTEM ENGINEERS – Middle and Senior roles (Hybrid, Iasi)

to work on a challenging project with ultimate technology.

Job Objective:

Part of the Automated Driving Product Group, the System Engineer role has the Technical Leadership for defining the system architectures inside future self-driving vehicles.

From this position, you will always be up to date with the latest technologies through direct cooperation with OEMs and suppliers for hardware and software.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Project Core Team member
• Involved in project activities from Quotation up to the Start of Production
• Work together with customers to understand their needs and identify the best solution
• Define internal system requirements and architecture, with support from a requirements engineering team
• Monitoring requirements status in terms of maturity and quality, reporting to Hella’s management team
• Active contribution to Change Management, Problem Resolution Management and Risk Management processes

Skills required:

• Experience in Requirements Engineering (Sys/SW), including related tooling (DOORS, Metrics, Attributes checkers)
• Embedded SW Development Background (AUTOSAR environment)
• System Architecture, using Rhapsody (or other similar tools)
• Vehicle integration-related know-how (Diagnostic, Communication protocols)
• Functional Safety (technical involvement, but also process/ISO understanding)
• Active involvement in technical analysis like FMEA, FTA
• Customer relation
• Familiar with ASPICE requirements
• Cybersecurity

Profile:

• Electrical engineering degree (polytechnic) / Master of Science;
• IT degree (polytechnic);
• Physics degree (polytechnic)
• English (advanced)
