Our client is a fast growing industrial company located in Slough.

Internal promotion an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Representative to join their busy sales department. The salary for this position is from £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience plus benefits which are detailed below.

This role will require international travel.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Deliver sales target through the sale of products.
• Ensuring Optimum brand impact.
• Ensuring coverage to customers meets guidelines, both in terms of frequency and number of calls / visits.
• Establish strong relationship with all decision makers, influencers and blockers within assigned customers
• Understand customers businesses and key needs
• Identify and participate on all opportunities with new and existing customers in agreed territories.
• Produce accurate sales outlook figures on a monthly basis
• Maintain customer and opportunity data in Salesforce.co
• Develop customer action plans and pricing strategies to maximise profitable sales

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Previous sales experience
• Previous international sales experience
• Great organisational and time management skills
• Experience of selling industrial equipment
• Engineering background
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
