System Software Test Engineer

Your responsibilities:

• Review requirements with focus on testability
• Plan, implement and review of test specification
• Execution of manual and automated tests
• Analysis of test reports, documentation of test scripts
• Test automation creation
• Create and maintain the HIL/Vehicle systems
• Further development of test environments and tools
• Support continuous innovation in test development & rollout
• Offer support for technical questions raised within the team
• Ensure that high-quality products are delivered to customers
• To make sure that the all the information is up to date you will be using planning tools such as Jira, ALM or Microsoft Project
• The dedicated Embedded-SW Test Automation Tools are CAPL, vTEST studio

• Use testing tools such as CANoe, CANape, CarMaker
• In terms of versioning, some tools that you will be using are GIT & PTC
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Embedded C/C++ are a plus
• In terms of Automotive Communication Protocols, experience with CAN, CAN-FD, Ethernet would be desired

Your profile:

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Automation, Electronics and Telecommunications, Informatics, Mathematics or comparable.
• You have a minimum 2-3 years of experience in the automotive system & software testing
• You have experience with different testing types such as Functional and Non-Functional
• You have knowledge about MiL/SiL/HiL systems/setups/testing
• You have good knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, XCP)
• You used in your past professional experience Vector tools (CANoe, CANape)
• Experience in working with CAPL, Python would be required
• Tools such as Doors, Jira, Confluence, Git are familiar to you
• You can apply Software Development Principles (V-Model, Agile, Test Process, etc.)
• You are Fluent in English and Romanian.
• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level would be a plus
