• Participate the implementation of the coordinated Test Strategy
• Support the Test Manager in selecting tests/test cases
•  Support the System Test Designer in defining and describing tests/test cases
• Create automated test sequences and implement the Test Setup corresponding to the project specific requirements and the coordinated test specification 
• Execution of the System Tests corresponding the Test and Release Plan
•  Recording and evaluating the test results as well as creating and maintaining the needed/agreed Test documentation (Data, Test report, Test report Summary and DOORS Import)
• Analyze the faulty test cases and if applicable work out remarks on the source of defects
•  Maintenance of the error tracking tools (SCC-Documentation, LOP, CHANGE)
• Secure all Documents, Data and Files in the coordinated Server Folders  Archive all used samples as agreed with the Test Manager  Reporting to the Line Management and the Test Manager

Experience and Skills required: 

• Knowledge of Electrical tests, EMI/EMC/ESD tests, Environmental & Reliability testing
• Knowledge in Test techniques & test equipment related to HW/SW testing & Test automation
• Well versed in working with instruments like Digital Oscilloscope, Programmable power supply, etc.
• Knowledge of Basic Electronics schematics  Knowledge of test reporting and documentation
• Knowledge of Requirement management, Change management, Quality management
• Knowledge of Durability/Endurance, Life tests, Robustness testing
• Strong PC, Technical English communication & problem solving skills
• Automotive communication protocols like CAN/LIN/Diagnostics & tools like CANoe, CANalyzer, etc
• Basic understanding of automotive climate control
• DOORS, MKS, Word & Excel(Advanced)
•  German language
