SYSTEM TEST ENGINEERS – Middle and Senior roles (Hybrid, Iasi)

to work on a challenging project with ultimate technology.

 

YOUR TASKS

• Develop test cases for functional, diagnosis and robustness testing, according to the functional requirements, for low to complex functionalities;
• Develop test automation;
• Execute test cases (manual and/or automated);
• Effort estimation for own tasks. In case of time deviations, the project team is informed;
• Perform exploratory testing;
• Perform basic bench tests (smoke test);
• Performing reviews to other colleagues during the Software Development Lifecycle phases;
• Document test results and prepare test reports according to the defined test process;
• Contributing to the development of the CANoe simulation of the test environment / Design, maintaining and upgrading the test environment;
• Analyzing and clarifying the Software/System Requirements;
• Analyzing the results of the test reports and identifying the root cause of the discovered failed tests;
• Create and test error reports;
• Creating test reports for own work;
• Continuous improvement mindset;
• Collaborating with international project teams.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Good microcontrollers understanding;
• Knowledge of Software or System testing techniques;
• Knowledge of communication protocols: CAN is a must; Ethernet would be a plus;
• Familiar with Vector tools: CANoe (must), VT System (nice to have);
• General knowledge of Configuration Management tools: DOORS, MKS(PTC);
• Basic know-how for automotive diagnostics (UDS, DTC);
• Basic knowledge of Cyber Security would be a plus;
• CAPL knowledge would be a plus;
• Usage of instrumentation for measurement and control (oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeter etc.);
• Experience in the implementation of ISO26262 standards is an advantage;
• ISTQB would be an advantage;
• We appreciate it if you had a strong team orientation, problem-solving attitude and good English skills, also we would like you to work well independently.
