Required skills and experience:
- Higher education in the field of information technology, higher technical education;
- Experience 4-8 years in the field of information services, information technology;
- Skills in managing complex projects and IT services. project management. Agile project management
- English at the level of "Upper-Intermediate";
- Deep understanding of OOP, knowledge of at least one programming language is desirable;
- Good understanding of at least one web development framework;
- Knowledge of SQL would be an advantage (Microsoft Transact SQL preferred);
- Strong analytical skills, ability to learn quickly, ability to work in a team;
- (AWS) Cloud certification or similar would be a plus.

Responsibilities as a Systems Analyst:
-Identify conflicting business practices, propose solutions that lead to changes in systems or processes;
-Assist clients in defining, reengineering and improving key processes within a business function;
-Integrate activities with other business areas;
-Perform design, implementation and testing of local systems in order to provide high-quality system solutions for business in accordance with business requirements;
-Develop client business procedures, workflow and training materials to facilitate the client's effective work with systems;
- Evaluate and recommend software packages to achieve goals in the shortest possible time and to minimize current costs in the future;
-To promote the improvement and optimization of information technology and related processes, based on a deep understanding of the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) standard;
- Provide updates to technical and user documentation, user manuals and training materials to promote efficient use of the systems.
