What will you be responsible for?
- Play a key role as strategic recruiting business partner engage with business and finance on HC planning to ensure business goal with respect to acquiring talent is met.
- Responsible for filling up open demand, advising on the talent assessment and market intel on talent landscape
- Be responsible for delivering outstanding candidate experience and hiring manager experience.
- Work along with the sourcing team to build talent pipeline pro-actively. Engage with the talent community for branding.
- Succession planning for key roles, understand attrition trends and ensure minimal time for backfills
- Work with recruiting operations, agencies to map talent landscape
- Work with HR business partners, HR operations to ensure smooth process flow of information
- Compliance with the process and tools
- Participate in business review, understand the growth plan
- Ensure key recruiting metrics are delivered as per the agreed plan
Who are we looking for?
- MBA (Preferred) with 8-10 years of experience in Recruitment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Ability to consult, influence and manage clients
- Demonstrated personal accountability and has an ability to build strong, productive relationships across the business
- Self-driven and highly motivated, with a true sense of ownership from start to finish
- Strong communication skills
