Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment plans.

Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Recruitment Process Optimization:
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.

Employer Branding:
- Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications to promote the organization as an employer of choice.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment performance to senior leadership.

Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 13 - 20 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with 5 - 8 years in a managerial or director role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices.
