Requirements:
- Having not less than 7 years of experience in Recruitment
- Having not less than 3 years of experience at a Managing position
- Minimum level of English is Upper-Intermediate
- Kazakh is a great plus!
Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies for the region of Central Asia and Caucasus.

Effectively expanding recruitment sources and methods, identifying efficient candidate search channels, and organizing candidate outreach through these channels.

Setting goals and overseeing the Recruiting Team, including recruiters and managers in various locations. Allocating vacancies based on position level and workload considerations.

Maintaining reporting and analytics on recruitment, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring the realization of the annual personnel requirement plan.

Conducting regular feedback sessions with Business Managers, HR Managers, and other key stakeholders.

Personally closing top and critical vacancies within the organization.

Developing job descriptions, job profiles, and recruitment reports. Updating and applying new technologies in selection and interview techniques.

Conducting training on recruitment for managers, heads, and supervisors. Overseeing the Onboarding program for newcomers.

Concluding contracts with recruitment agencies and media outlets. Participating in job fairs and establishing collaboration with universities.
Working hours and conditions:
- 5 workdays a week.
- From 9:00 to 18:00.
- Meal allowance.
