Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.
• Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality hiring across all functions.
• Partner with department heads and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
• Leverage various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies to attract top talent.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the manufacturing sector.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing hiring performance.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage recruitment budgets, vendor relationships, and recruitment technology platforms (ATS, CRM, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant employment laws.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (15+ years) in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in hiring for manufacturing, engineering, and technical roles.
• Solid understanding of talent acquisition best practices and current market trends.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hiring for electronics or electrical manufacturing domain.
• Engineering or equivalent degree + MBA (HR)
• Familiarity with Pune and surrounding talent markets.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics.
