Job Description
Technical Competencies
- Good on communication. Clear and candid.
- Ability to grasp technical knowledge quickly.
- Excellent presentation, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of ATS.
- Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Adept with Technical Recruitments (Mech, Electronics, Firmware, Embedded, iOS)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Support employment branding initiatives.
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Provide candidates and new joiners with a good experience.
- Assist in employee retention and development.
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other job events.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
- Identify the best sourcing strategies and methods to close positions with optimal efforts.
- Campus Placements - Build connect with colleges and engage with campus stakeholders.
- Actively build a pipeline of candidates for respective roles.
- Responsible to drive onboarding experience and joining formalities.
- Lead a team of 2 TA Specialists.
Qualification - MBA (HR) preferred, not mandatory
