Role details:
- Title / Designation: Associate Director / Director – Talent Acquisition (TA)
- Reporting Manager: VP & Head – India Operations
- Location: Bengaluru, India
Role & responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy repeatable processes and systems to standardize the TA function
- Build – and continually update – skills inventory, hiring plan and hiring roadmap, collaborating with Delivery and Account leadership, and execute on the same
- Break down the annual capacity plans into both long term and monthly hiring plans and track these to closure
- Further break down the hiring goals to specific hiring goals to TA team members, covering employee hiring and onboarding
- Steer the TA function, taking care of its capacity requirements for the year, hiring to bridge capacity shortfall, setting team goals and objectives, providing mentoring, guidance, career growth to team members
- Lead the decision-making on capacity utilisation and addition of the TA function, through appropriate models, comprising inhouse TA team, referrals, vendors support, hiring on contract, etc., staying well within the budgets for the function
- Further strengthen the company brand through differentiated candidate experience and engagement
- Monitor all relevant metrics – like sourcing to selection, selection to offer, offer to joining and those relating to candidate experience and engagement – and come up with solutions for improvement, as required
Candidate requirements:
- 12+ years of recruitment experience, across India and the US, with at least the recent 6+ in setting up and building scalable TA teams of about 12-15, for Analytics IT hiring
- Proven expertise and experience in Analytics hiring, including hiring for technical and leadership roles, in India and the US markets
- Extensive headhunting experience with a proven record of hiring senior leaders across functions
- Deep and wide network in the industry, also including vendors, consultants
- Awareness of and hands-on experience with the new tools in the market
- Keen understanding of compensation benefits benchmarks across roles, in the India and US tech markets
