About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and drive the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business verticals. This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of operational excellence, stakeholder management, and a passion for identifying and hiring top talent.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for mid to senior-level roles across various departments.

Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and build robust talent pipelines.

Design and implement recruitment strategies that align with the organization’s growth plans.

Manage employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts to attract quality talent.

Utilize sourcing techniques (including social media, job boards, and networking) to attract passive candidates.

Manage vendor relationships and external recruitment partners.

Use data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.

Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Stay updated on talent trends and proactively advise business leaders on market dynamics.
Requirements:

6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years .

Proven experience in hiring for diverse functions, especially in logistics, supply chain, or related industries (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
