Main responsibilities:
Manage the operational TA plan;
Contribute to regional, country, or functional projects to improve the TA service by identifying areas to improve the current service catalogue.
Obtain the Hiring Forecasts from stakeholders in collaboration with P&C and Finance colleagues to identify the number of hires required in the year and to then be able to allocate Recruiters to support the functional or local demand;
Manage the capacity of the regional, country or functional team(s) to track available TA resource to deliver to the forecast and ensure recruiters have the optimum level of vacancies;
Track spend against agreed budgets to ensure agency spend and other associated TA costs remain in the budget allocated by the Head of TA Delivery;
Partner with P&C, Finance and the business and build relationships with key stakeholders to work together and drive the TA agenda and remain aligned on the overall strategy;
Ensure standardization of TA process across the regional, market or function and effective use of data to manage the recruiters and ensure process adherence.
.Qualifications:
University degree
8+ years in Human Resources and multinational environment; Minimum 4-5 years in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition;
Knowledge and experience in creating and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies and initiatives;
Expertise & in-depth experience in Employer Branding, CRM, Assessment;
Experience in training and coaching line managers on recruitment and selection philosophies, processes, and policies;
Experience in leveraging metrics and internal/external insights to identify and implement areas for process and program improvement.
Experience in leading multiple, big-scale projects simultaneously is required, as is the ability to develop relationships and influence others
People management experience
