Objective:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and partnering with hiring managers to attract talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
· Create job descriptions and manage job requisitions
- Optimize the hiring process to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Sourcing & Networking:
· Strengthen the employer brand through social media, job boards, and other communication channels.
· Identify and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract talent.
· Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.
Stakeholder Management:
· Partner with hiring managers to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
· Provide market insights, hiring updates, and guidance to stakeholders.
Data & Metrics:
· Monitor and report key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of the hiring process and drive continuous improvement.
· Analyse hiring trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly
