Job Description
Our client is a multinational software company with 20.000+ employees globally.
For their italian office in Bologna we are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner.
Responsabilities:
- Lead in concert with HR staffing needs across the business, tracking headcounts and new recruiting requests, assessing efforts and assignment to the TA team (direct and indirect resources)
- Combine research and networking to lead the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and identification of talent profiles
- Lead and perform strategic sourcing and research activities, such as targeted sector and competitor mapping, to identify and build the talent network.
- Source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, follow up with the applications up to the offer
- Collaborate closely and maintain excellent relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR, keeping them regularly updated of the recruitment progress
- Keep a constant active and proactive candidates pipeline in line with hiring plan and business needs
- Collaborate to build, develop and complete graduate programs and Academy projects from recruitment to onboarding point of view
- Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up to date
- Collaborate to the onboarding phase with all the human resources functions
Profile
- Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Lead, preferable within a technology software business
- Ability to manage stress in complex international work environments with high organizational impact
- Solid experience in natioanl and international recruiting plans and delivering timely results
- In-depth knowledge of Italian employment law related to recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to build new relationships and talk to many different people with different backgrounds
- Excellent organizational skills, effective prioritisation in assignments to meet high demands on a timely manner
- High Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of Workday would be a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint…)
- Solid attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Able to work both independently and in a team dynamic
