Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Manage hiring for technical and non-technical positions across various business verticals.
• Collaborate with Business Heads, Project Heads, and Department Heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Source quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment channels as per shared job descriptions.
• Maintain recruitment MIS reports and hiring trackers.
• Coordinate campus drives and walk-in recruitment activities.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification for shortlisted candidates.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
