A well established multinational company is looking forward to hire a talent acquisition Specialist with at least 2 to 3 years of exprience in talent acquistion. Someone responsible to Manage and deliver the end-to-end talent acquisition process and workflow according to the TAQ strategy and global standards. Develop strong partnership with HRBPs and hiring managers to find the right talent for the right role through employer branding initiatives, social media, and relevant recruitment channels. Participate in all activities in the recruitment life cycle including, sourcing planning, screening, interviewing, pre-screening, offer management, hiring and onboarding. Ensure assigned recruitment services follow Global recruitment and country policies/guidelines. Consistent reporting & governance on TAQ update.
Recuirements:
- A Multinational Experience is a MUST
- Progressive recruiting experience particularly in attracting, sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Managing relationships with universities & career services desks, experience with campus activation
- Successful track record of sourcing and attracting the right talent.
- Skill in soliciting input and evaluating business, client and candidate needs addressing concerns.
- Ability to develop, analysis and evaluate objectives, plans and data. Interpret and communicate progress and results
- Ability to build relationships with customers (hiring managers, HR colleagues and candidates) and suppliers by partnering and consultation.
- Demonstrated ability to build pools of external pipeline of candidates using various search tools.
- An established record of success in managing and delivering multiple small projects to a range of customers on time, within budget and to the desired quality.
