Job Description
Responsibility
- Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency.
- Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing following best practice.
- Actively develop knowledge of assigned niche market to enable you to generate business and business pipeline, through candidate calling, networking and lead generation.
- Get engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business.
- Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting
- Be able to use CRM to generate candidates list and marketing material.
- Stay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals.
- Prioritize workload and ensure working on productive activities to achieve maximum revenue at all times.
Reporting to: Senior Consultant/Team Lead/Managing Partner
Number of Reportee(s)
Ability to lead a team of 1-2 Research Associates
