The Role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver end-to-end recruitment processes while collaborating with senior stakeholders and sourcing peers to create innovative sourcing strategies and effective talent acquisition plans. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, you will also provide metrics and reporting updates to ensure we track global talent plans against our commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
Essential Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition, or a related field, with previous experience in a corporate environment or international recruitment.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end recruitment campaigns for international profiles in a SaaS or B2B service environment, managing diverse stakeholders to deliver robust recruitment solutions.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously alongside niche targeted recruitment efforts using various sourcing strategies and recruitment tools to find the best candidates for each role.
- Effective and influential communicator with the ability to advise senior stakeholders on recruitment best practices.
- Commercial background with a key focus on business objectives and proven negotiation skills with both candidates and clients.
- Proficiency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
