Our client, who are award winning and global cloud technology company, are currently recruiting for an experienced Talent/Recruitment Coordinator to join their welcoming and friendly Talent Acquisition Coordination team. This role is a 12 Fixed Term Contract and Hybrid working is being offered at the moment.

Talent/Recruitment Coordinator Duties:
- Own all candidate coordination for several different business groups.
- Organise often complex telephone, video conference and face to face interviews involving hiring managers in different time zones.
- Create offer letters and contracts for external and internal candidates within assigned business groups.
- Ensure successful on-boarding is planned prior to a new hire's start date, including initiation of background check, coordination of new starter information and completion of new hire on-boarding tasks.
- Create an outstanding experience for candidates and new hires alike
- Educate and enable the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and business to scale by advising on TA policies and process steps.
- Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates
Talent/Recruitment Coordinator skills:
- Tangible experience acting in a coordination or executive assistant, team coordinator capacity, preferably within a Talent Acquisition function.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate with strong MS Office - with emphasis on Word and Excel
