Job Summary
The Technical Account Specialist (TAS) plays a critical role in bridging the gap between clients and our technical team. This position is responsible for managing ad operations and trafficking, ensuring that campaigns run smoothly and effectively. With a focus on optimizing client satisfaction and driving results, the TAS will analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to both the clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize ad campaign operations to enhance performance and achieve client objectives.
- Coordinate ad trafficking processes, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics, presenting clear insights to clients and team members.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored technical support.
- Resolve technical issues related to ad delivery, providing prompt solutions to minimize impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in ad operations, ad trafficking, or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of online advertising technologies and practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, and other programmatic advertising platforms.
- Experience with campaign management tools and analytics software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
