Core Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance and Advisory Services:

• Ensure impeccable adherence to US and UK tax regulations for our artistic clientele.
• Provide insightful tax advisory services, ensuring optimal tax positions and efficient structures for clients.
• Lead the preparation and review of tax returns and filings, ensuring timely submissions.

Client Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a vibrant array of clients within the arts sector.
• Tailor communication and advisory strategies to align with the unique needs and aspirations of each client.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Guide and mentor an adept team, ensuring they strike the right chord in managing client portfolios.
• Foster a harmonious and collaborative team environment, orchestrating optimal performance amidst the complexities of tax management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

• ACCA/ACA/AAT qualified with a substantial record in tax management.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience navigating US & UK tax environments.

Desirable:

• Proficient in leveraging accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero.
• Previous exposure or a genuine interest in the arts and music sector.

• A demonstrated ability to craft lasting, fruitful relationships with clients, communicating complex tax matters with clarity and empathy.

Analytical Acumen:

• Proven analytical capabilities, able to compose strategic tax solutions that align with both regulatory compliance and client objectives.
