Roles and Responsibilites-

• Indirect Taxation- 80%, Direct Taxation- 20%
• Deals with all the aspect- Direct & Indirect taxation like Service tax, VAT, Excise Duty etc. of 11 subsidiaries of Company.
• The position is responsible for ensuring Statutory Compliances under IT, Service tax VAT etc. with respect to payment and filing of returns, ensure timely compliance under Foreign Trade Policies including application for SEIS and utilization thereof.
• Review of transactions and provide opinion in relation to domestic and international transactions of company & subsidiaries to the concerned team as and when required.
• Handling of taxation matters of 12 companies
• Implementation of upcoming GST
  

Education- CA + Minimum 8 Years experience
