Job Responsibilities : Product Design
- Must be good in CATIA /CREO
- Good part ,assembly modeling and drafting
- Knowledge of sheet metal processes and drafting
- Basic knowledge of press tool design
- Assembly design ,clearances study ,CAD simulation
- BIW parts /assembly design
- Class A, Class B, surface BIW
- Check and approve manufacturing drawing with GD&T
- Prepare technical documents like DFMEA,DFA,DFM,ADVP
- Check and approve formability analysis for the form component
- Conduct technical reviews with supplier/customers .
