What You'll Do:
As Creative Team Leader, you will manage a small Team of talented junior designers, reporting to our
Creative Manager. You ‘ll lead the design process including initial requirements definition and
conceptualization, as well as development. You will contribute to the evolution and improvement of the
existing design process. You will also collaborate with the internal stakeholders to develop creative strategy.
You will also be taking care of the workload making sure that all requests are managed within the SLA.
You will partner with your Manager on OKRs, Side projects and the strategy creations. You will need to share
and build reports on weekly basis.

This role is based in our Creative Services Hub in Gurgaon, India. As this role supports our EMEA
& AMER business, work hours will be between 12:30 pm IST – 9:30 pm IST.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Develop the best processes to maximize team performance and efficiency on the long tail and
delegated tasks.
Create specialism into the team that will improve the efficiency & the quality.
Regularly meet with dedicated, core& NB Leaders, and provide regular reports and information to
local leadership teams.
Monitor workloads, making sure work is evenly shared and projects have the right resources,
resolving requests within the SLA, ensure we provide the right service to the right clients.
Report all the above to your manager.
Make sure your team consistently delivers high-quality creative services, and drive innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to
understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet and exceed stakeholder
expectations.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and creative
services, implementing new strategies and tools to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team, fostering a culture of learning,
development & Brain Storming.
Provide Regular Feedback to Help Team Members.
Who You Are:
Should have at least 3 years of experience in managing a Creative Team. Please mention how many
members you currently manage/supervise.
Passionate about Design and Branding, Tech, and Digital World.
You Have great communication skills; you'll be able to adapt yourself to people and situations.
You Have a strong view of the strategy and changes that might occur in the company.
Thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, with a strong interest in global ecommerce.
You are eager to learn, you are productive, and you love to work in a team.
You’re interested to work and develop professional skills on Digital advertising campaigns creation.
You have a great level in English (any additional language is welcome) and you want to evolve into a
multi-regional and cultural team.
