Role: Team Lead / Manager (Software Quality Assurance)

Location: Hyderabad, India

Experience: 14+ yrs

Responsibilities & Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 14 years of strong software product / application testing experience
• Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on test automation experience developing frameworks and automating test cases.
• Should have experience in people management – team size between 10-15 members including performance management
• Expert in API Automation testing and exposure to REST API framework, Automation experience using any of the tools – Postman, Rest assured will be effective for the role.
• Experience in Integration testing (SIT) and ability to understand the system/Data Flow architecture and guide the team to build effective test scenarios.
• Experience with Automation frameworks and tools like Selenium.
• Good understanding on various testing methodologies, Design and Performance testing principles.
• Expert in implementing and optimizing agile development and continuous integration / continuous delivery methodologies
• Experience working with SQL queries and testing large volumes of data.
• Working knowledge of Java programming is a plus. Should have experience in development of automation frameworks
• Knowledge of object-oriented design principles is a plus
• Experience with Amazon Web Services preferred and/or other cloud platforms; Experience with Containerization tools – Dockers and Kubernetes preferred
