We are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Team Lead with a strong technical background and leadership experience. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in OIC and related Oracle technologies and should be able to lead a team of developers and integration specialists effectively.
Experience Required - Overall exp - 10+ Years and minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Proven track record in designing, developing, and managing Oracle integration projects.
Location: Chennai or Bengaluru
Key Skills:
Integration & Middleware - REST / SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, XSLT, SQL. PL/SQL, Java, VBCS / VBS, APEX, Oracle SCM, Financials OR HCM modules
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of OIC developers and guide them on solution architecture and best practices.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define integration requirements.
- Design and implement scalable integrations using OIC and related technologies.
- Review deliverables and mentor junior developers.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
