• Team leader would be responsible to lead a team of recruiters and manage to deliver the recruitment services to the client for mid to senior level positions.
• Making the team understand the mandates.
• Lead generation on boarding newer clients. 
• Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers.
• Understand the clients niche requirements and providing the solutions accordingly.

Requirements & Skills:-

• Required experience of 8 to 10 years in Recruitment & Business Development. 
• Required qualification - Any graduate/ post graduate/ MBA/ PGDBM.
• Should be pro-active, self motivated.
• Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
