- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote a strong team culture within the sales representatives ultimately resulting in an engaged and high performing sales team.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and related reports to the management team.
