We are seeking an individual to join our team, where we focus on making applications not only secure but also as user-friendly as possible. Our emphasis in the field of authentication solutions is on the end-user experience. Our security team is dedicated to continuously enhancing our ti&m security suite and crafting security solutions tailored to our customers' unique requirements.
What to Expect:
- You will lead a growing team, currently consisting of 6 members.
- Your responsibilities will include coordinating all activities to ensure the smooth operation of our SOC (Security Operations Center) and the ongoing development of our SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) solution.
- Active participation in proposals to acquire new SOC clients.
- Serving as the subject matter expert for team task automation and advancement.
- Overseeing order monitoring, ticket handling, and acting as an escalation point for both customers and internal departments.
- Coordinating with internal interfaces and departments to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Planning and facilitating audits.
Your Qualifications:
- Strong educational background in computer science (B.Sc., M.Sc.).
- Previous experience in a comparable role.
- A natural affinity for security topics.
- Exceptional social skills, self-initiative, dedication, resilience, and assertiveness.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge, particularly in SOC/SIEM topics (elastic Stack).
- Methodological competence and a structured work approach (e.g., ITIL, ISO 27001).
- Results-oriented mindset, self-initiative, and analytical capabilities.
- Enthusiasm for direct customer interaction.
- Analytical and interdisciplinary thinking ability.
