Job Summary:

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tech Learning Design professional to lead the development of relevant and effective learning content for our tech courses. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and have a strong track record of designing innovative and engaging learning content in sync with industry job skills.

Position: Tech Content Head (AVP) Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of relevant and effective learning content for our tech courses
• Collaborate with faculty members, industry experts, and other stakeholders to ensure that the curriculum is aligned with industry job skills
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into the curriculum
• Manage a team of learning designers and ensure that they are meeting their goals and deadlines
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning content and adjust as necessary to improve student learning outcomes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to ensure that our curriculum remains relevant and up to date

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in learning design, curriculum development, or instructional design
• Experience in designing learning content for the tech industry
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of the latest industry trends and technologies
• Passion for education and a commitment to providing students with the best possible learning experience
