Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive job board strategy for our tech job board, including client and candidate acquisition plans, marketing, and product development.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including tech companies, recruiters, and industry associations.
- Identify new revenue opportunities, including advertising, partnerships, and premium job posting options.
- Lead the product development projects to build and launch new job board features and enhancements to improve user experience and drive engagement.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract top tech talent and employers to our job board.
- Monitor and report on job board performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, and revenue, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices for job board management and make recommendations for improvements and new features to keep our platform competitive.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in job board management or business development, preferably in the tech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of online marketing and digital advertising strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of the tech industry and the latest trends and innovations.
