Responsibilities:
•    Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team
•    Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
•    Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard
•    Analysing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements
•    Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments
•    Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
•    Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required
•    Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes
•    Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns
•    Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders

Technical Skills:
•    Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
•    Proficient with Front-End User Interface (UI) development using React JS
•    Proficiency with server-side language Node JS
•    Proficiency with database technology - NoSQL
•    Proficiency of AWS environment i.e. Lambda, step functions, cloud watch, Event Bridge, RDS
•    Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS or Amber
•    Familiarity with other server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP and .Net would be added advantage
•    Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB would be an added advantage
•    Experience with integration of Gateway APIs and third-party libraries
•    Experience with creating and publishing REST services

•    Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
•    Ability to work effectively within a changing environment that is going through high growth
•    Ability to managing team members & ensure schedules & quality are met as per requirement
