Role & Responsibilities
Acquiring and analyzing customer Requirements
Coordination with internal design teams, cross-functional teams, customers/ Suppliers to meet all requirements
Testing, debugging & developing hardware
Review Layout and provide suggestions before Gerber release to improve ESD and EMC performance.
Responsible to perform the root cause analysis of EMI/EMI failures in the designs and analyze failures
Prototype design Development and Bench marking, VAVE
Review the requirements and Specifications and provide expert opinion on the same at the time of RFQs.
Conduct risk analysis including DFMEA, FMEDA, FIT rate calculations etc.
Innovation and Integration of new technologies into the projects
Mandatory Skills
Expertise in Analog, Digital and mixed signal Design Skills
Strong Troubleshooting & analytical skills for solving issues
Strong knowledge in Component selection, BOM, and Cost Optimization
Experience in EMC/EMI design practices and the relevant validation testing
Expertise in interfacing of Microcontroller, LEDs and sensors.
Experience in using Measurement equipment's
Experience in communication protocols RS232/485, USB, LIN, CAN, SPI, and I2C.
Experience in Board Bring up, layout review & test plan or test report development.
Experience in customer/ supplier interaction for requirements finalization.
Analysis and solving Issues encountered in projects.
Apply processes, lessons learnt & best practices for better execution of projects.
