Title: Research Associate / Associate Consultant

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Experience: 1 - 3yrs (Freshers would be considered for Research Associate role)

Key Responsibilities 

• Industry and Company Research into niche market 
• Understanding company structures and dynamics 
• Refurbish your market information on regular basis 
• Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting 
• Assisting the Reporting Manager in the execution of recruitment mandates 
• Job Postings on Antal.com 
• Article/Blog Posting over the web. 

Qualifications & Experience 

• Graduate in any discipline (Ideally someone with IT/CSE or MCA or passionate about working on IT Technical roles)
• Proactive, confident and outgoing personality 
• Fluency in English language, MS office skills and excellent in social media as well as internet search
