Key Responsibilities:

• At Antal we work with "Consultancy" model, you'll be the go-to person for both: candiates & clients.
• Sourcing & Prospection for the right candidates matching the clients' criteria.
• Ensure the most suitable match between the job, company's goal and the candidates.
• Conducting screening and profiling.
• Maintaining good relationship with both sides: clients & candidates.

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Tech Talent Acquisition
• Fluent English is a MUST
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory

• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
